Estelworld College (“we”, “us”) is a beauty and aesthetics training academy based at 594 Hertford Road, London N9 8AH, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
- Enquiries: name, phone number, email address and the details of your enquiry when you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp, or through forms on our website.
- Enrolment: name, contact details, date of birth, prior qualifications and other information needed to enrol you on a course and register your qualification with the awarding organisation (e.g. VTCT).
- Payments: payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe and Klarna). We do not store your full card details.
- Website usage: we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how our website is used. These tools use cookies; data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
- WhatsApp messages: if you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, profile name and message content. Initial responses may be handled by an automated assistant before a member of our team follows up.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide information about our courses
- To enrol you, deliver training, assess your work, and register your qualification with awarding bodies
- To process payments and maintain financial records
- To improve our website, courses and services
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations (including those of Ofsted and awarding organisations)
Legal bases
We process your information where it is necessary to perform a contract with you (e.g. delivering a course you have enrolled on), where we have a legitimate interest (e.g. responding to enquiries, improving our services), where you have given consent (e.g. certain marketing), and where we have a legal obligation (e.g. financial record-keeping, qualification regulation).

- Awarding organisations (e.g. VTCT) to register and certify your qualification

We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep enrolment and qualification records for as long as required by awarding organisations and regulators, and financial records for at least 6 years as required by UK law. Enquiry records that do not lead to enrolment are kept for up to 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights — including requesting deletion of your data — contact us using the details below.
