Saniye Unal is a leading figure in the beauty industry, widely known for her hands-on expertise, extensive knowledge, and unwavering dedication. Since she established Estel World College in 2005, Saniye has been the driving force behind the success of over 1,000 learners who have earned VTCT Level 2, 3, and 4 qualifications, and has personally handed over more than 5,000 certificates.
Saniye's influence extends far beyond the classroom. She has participated in dozens of online interviews, focusing on empowering women by helping them gain skills and build a career. Her leadership and the college's excellence have been recognized with numerous prestigious honors:

2010: The Foundation of EstelWorld
2014: Estel World College is Born
Our passion for beauty extended to education. We proudly became VTCT-approved, officially launching Estel World College in Hornsey. Our first class of six dedicated learners graduated from our beauty courses, marking the beginning of our mission to empower stay-at-home mums and others with a new purpose. We offered VTCT Level 2, 3, and 4 courses from the start, laying the groundwork for a solid career path
2018: A New Home and New Partnerships
We outgrew our first location and moved to a larger premises in Edmonton. This expansion led to a surge in learners and the introduction of hairdressing courses, broadening our commitment to the beauty industry.
It was during this pivotal year that we met Ayse, a determined stay-at-home mum. Through our program, she completely transformed her life. With the mentorship of our founder, Saniye Unal, Ayse not only graduated but went on to open her own beauty clinic in Dalston London. Today, she is Saniye’s business partner, a testament to the life-changing power of our training. Ayse's story is just one of many; we’ve had the privilege of assisting numerous other learners in successfully launching their own businesses.
2020: Innovation and Accessibility
In response to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we launched our online courses. This innovation made our high-quality education accessible to students everywhere, allowing them to learn at their own pace and continue their journey toward a new career.
2024: Expanding Our Expertise
Our commitment to excellence continues to grow. We started working with a new awarding body, Qualify, allowing us to offer Level 5 and 7 aesthetics qualifications. This significant accomplishment solidifies our position at the forefront of beauty and aesthetics education, ensuring our learners are always trained to the highest industry standards.
